High Speed Sync (HSS) Flash Portrait Photography on the Malvern Hills

Black Hill and a setting sun shrouded by cloud set the scene for an awesome high speed sync (HSS) flash portrait of Lily Taylor on the Malvern Hills.

Charlie Bristow joins Jim and Lily to capture the video of this portrait shoot leaving Jim to concentrate on the photography. Expect to see some buttery B roll.

Join Jim, Charlie and Lily in this video https://youtu.be/Me9MaujGffI as they hike up through the bluebell woodland at the base of Black Hill and then up to the summit, setup the camera and flash and capture some amazing high speed sync (HSS) flash portraits.

Massive thanks to Lily as our beautiful model and to Charlie for his skills with a video camera to capture this high speed sync (HSS) flash portrait shoot.

Merlin Energy Resources Company Portraits Day

As a bit of fun, we decided to vlog what was going on behind the scenes at the geoscience branch. Check out the video to watch me work the camera and capture some of the new portraits. Click this link to see the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYc71YeMna4&t
